We had a messed up garage door for a couple of months .. Called around and ProStar could make it next day, which was great! Brandon and his son showed up on the earlier side of the time slot and notified us. Greatly appreciated! What looked like a mess ended up a quick fix that they could do on the SPOT. My husband and I were shocked and said yes without knowing the price. When he told us what the cost was we were blown away. Another company was going to charge us more than double the cost of ProStar.

After having my door serviced by other companies over the years I found ProStar to be a breath of fresh air. Cody in the office was friendly and quickly got me in contact with their technician Brandon to come out and diagnose the problem. Brandon offered a level of professionalism that I had not found elsewhere. He explained to me what was wrong and and what he was going to do to prevent it from happening again. I can confidently say that I TRUST ProStar as a company with my home.

After The garage door came off the track... and a few failed DIY attempts to put Humpty Dumpty back together again and actually made it worse... these guys show up and poof!! fixed it right up!!

Our garage door had multi panel damage and needed replacement. We appreciate the quick, clear, and efficient communication that ProStar provided. We texted pictures of the door in its damaged state. We stated that we want a best match replacement and received a quote soon afterwards. Scheduling with them was a breeze. We received a notification the day of to let us know the time frame for their arrival. I would recommend and use them again.

I never write reviews, but everyone needs to know how awesome this company is! I had an emergency caused by a broken spring and couldn't get my vehicle out of my garage to go to work. Brandon came out asap and had the issue fixed within the hour. They made a stressful situation so easy with their quick and professional service, and fair pricing. Our garage door suddenly stopped lifting. I submitted a request for a quote to ProStar Thursday night and had a response with an hour and a follow up call early the next day. When I returned the call, ProStar was able to fit us in for a free evaluation/estimate the same day! Cody (office manager) was a pleasure to work with. Brandon arrived w/in the given time frame and called beforehand. He explained the needed repair (tortion spring conversion) and answered all of our questions. The price quoted was fair (lower than others) and honored (no hidden fees, add ons, or up selling). Brandon worked quickly and efficiently and was very personable and professional. Wow ! It's been a longgg time since we have received EXCELLENT service! The person answering the phone at ProStar was very knowledgeable with a caring voice, all the way to the kind respectful gentleman Brandon who came to our house. Awesome experience. Professional. Came within an hour when my car was trapped in garage after garage door spring snapped. I had another company called DFW Pro Garage doors come out first and the tech was shady and told me it would cost over $800! ProStar was honest and did not try to upsale me. $350 for new spring and new metal strut and labor. Call them first!
